Southern Bike Box Hire charge £100.00 deposit (Does not effect your statutory rights). We require Photographic Identification (current Driving Licence or Passport) when picking up.

We dont care about minor damage to box, hinges or wheels but please ensure crush bar and the foam are returned, we will charge for these as they are expensive

Unauthorised late fees are charged at £7.00 per day,(this will only be charged if we have booked the bike box out to another customer that we cannot now fulfil), we will charge the full amount of days that we cannot fulfil.

The hirer is responsible for the security and safekeeping of the bike box for the duration of the hire period. Please do not store the box in the open.

At Southern Bike Box Hire we cannot accept any responsibility for the damage to your equipment whilst in our boxes, however we can assure you that Bike Box Alans are the safest option for transporting your precious Bike!

The box will be assessed for damage on return, any major damage must be claimed by you the hirer at the time of noticing (please ensure you are adequatel insured).
